Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We dispatch orders within 2–3 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays). Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and service options, and you’ll see the full cost before you complete your purchase. You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking where available.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Change of mind? You can return your order within 28 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer; we recommend a tracked service as we can’t refund items lost in transit. To start a return, email us with your order number and we’ll share the return address and instructions. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method (original shipping charges are non‑refundable).
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate at no cost to you.
